Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We currently ship within the European Union.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to prepare and ship all orders on the next Monday or Tuesday following your purchase. This schedule allows us to pack plants fresh and minimize transit time over the weekend.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping service you select at checkout and your location within the EU.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Can I pick up my order?

Pick-up is available from our location in the Netherlands. Pick-up is by appointment only. Please select the pick-up option at checkout, and we will contact you once your order is ready to schedule a time.

How are the plants packaged?

Plants are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in healthy condition. Each plant is securely stabilized to prevent movement during transport.

Will my plants arrive in good condition?

We take great care when packing your order. However, plants are living products, and minor soil movement or slight leaf stress may occur during transport. This is normal, and your plant should recover quickly with proper care.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

What happens during extreme weather?

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping slightly to protect your plants. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We recommend being available to receive your order, especially during warm or cold weather, to prevent plants from being exposed to unsuitable conditions for too long.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the plant and the packaging. We will help find a suitable solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What temperature and humidity conditions do you maintain?

We maintain carefully controlled indoor growing conditions to ensure optimal plant health and strong root development.

Daytime temperatures are kept between 22–26°C, while nighttime temperatures range between 20–22°C.

Humidity levels are maintained at approximately 75%.
