Payment Policy

  1. Upfront Payment Requirement
    All payments must be made in full before the commencement of any services or delivery of products.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept payments via Stripe, Bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

  3. Non-Refundable Payments
    Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

  4. Late or Failed Payments
    Products will not be provided until payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

  5. Invoice and Payment Confirmation
    Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email or invoice will be issued.

Shipment Policy

  1. Shipping Costs
    All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately before order confirmation.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express options. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  3. International Shipping
    Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.

  4. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received, if processing takes longer than five days, we will contact you. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
    We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

  6. Incorrect Address
    It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details.

Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in delivering healthy and high-quality plants. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only considered if the plant arrives damaged or in poor condition due to shipping.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as slight leaf discoloration or minor soil displacement) do not qualify for returns, as these are natural during transport.

  • The request for a return or refund must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return & Refund Process

  • If your plant arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately with clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The plant inside the packaging

    • The affected area of the plant

  • We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement, partial refund, or store credit is appropriate.

  • In some cases, we may request the plant be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Plants that have been improperly cared for after arrival (e.g., lack of watering, overwatering, exposure to extreme temperatures, physical damage).

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (once the package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control).

  • Custom orders or discounted items (these are final sale).

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • If a return or refund is approved, we will issue a replacement whenever possible. If no replacement is available, a partial refund or store credit may be offered.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to unpack and care for the plant immediately upon arrival.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent extended exposure to extreme conditions.
